What our A/C Preventative Maintenance Includes:

Clean and inspect the condenser coil

Measure and confirm proper voltage and amperage reading on motors

Inspect and adjust the blower components
-
Clean and inspect condensate drain lines, primary and secondary drain pans
-
Verify the operating pressures of the refrigerant charge is correct
-
Inspect and test all safety controls
-
Inspect/clean/replace air filters
-
Clean/calibrate the thermostat and check the batteries
-
Clean and lubricate the blower wheel in place
-
Verify the condenser is level and the pad is in good condition
-
Check the system's starting capabilities
-
Lubricate the condenser fan motor
-
Check all of the electrical connections inside and out
-
Check that the temperature drop is within tolerances
-
Verify the condenser fans are not bent, preventing proper air flow
-
Clean the evaporator coil and drain pan in place
-
Inspect the suction and liquid refrigerant lines
