• Clean/calibrate the thermostat and check the batteries
• Inspect/clean/replace air filters
• Check that the termperature rise is within tolerances
• Inspect and adjust the blower components
• Inspect and make necessary adjustments to the burner tubes
• Vacuum clean each heat exchanger cell
• Check the high limit safety control for proper operation
• Check the manifold gas pressure
• Clean and lubricate the blower wheel in place
• Check airflow passage within the furnace for CO infiltration
• Inspect all the electrical connection on the unit
• Inspect the air duct fittings at the furnace for leakage or damage
• Inspect and test all furnace safetly controls
• Inspect heat exchanger cell for cracks
